Step 1- Concept
Our design and engineering teams work together to develop product concepts and specifications.
We will ensure that designs are feasible and optimised for mass production. We carefully consider
every aspect of our products to create a high quality product that meets the needs of our customers.
Step 2- Final concept
We conduct feasibility studies to ensure that products can be produced efficiently and cost effectively.
We will provide feedback on the design concept and suggest alternatives and confirm the final design
drawings with the client
Step 3- 3D ready for mockup
We will use 3D printing to create a prototype for testing and evaluation to ensure that the product meets
the expected specifications in terms of performance, quality and cost.
Step-4 Mockup approval
Prototyping and testing is a key stage in the ODM process where functional prototypes are created and
tested to ensure that the product meets the expected specifications. This involves creating a physical
prototype, conducting functional and user testing, and making final adjustments based on feedback.
The final prototype is then validated to ensure regulatory and safety compliance before going into production.
Step-5 Tooling phases T1
Final adjustments in the prototyping and testing phase involve making modifications to the functional
prototype based on feedback from user testing. These adjustments are made to optimize the product’s design,
functionality, and user experience while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
The adjustments are critical in ensuring a successful product launch.
Step-6 Production
Once the product has been fully tested and validated, we move into mass production. Our team works closely
with our ODM manufacturers to ensure that the product is manufactured to the highest quality standards and
delivered on time and within budget
